A1 Dynamics Ltd. is seeking a Business Central Consultant to join our dynamic team in Mauritius. We’re looking for someone who thrives in face-to-face customer environments, understands the challenges of finance and distribution processes, and is driven to deliver tailored Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct onsite client analysis and process walkthroughs

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and refine requirements

  • Translate business needs into functional specifications

  • Configure and deploy Business Central for Finance, Warehousing, and Distribution

  • Provide support, training, and troubleshooting during and post-implementation

  • Liaise with the development team to ensure technical alignment with business needs

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, particularly in Finance, Warehousing, and Distribution modules

  • Strong business process understanding in inventory management, order fulfillment, and financial reporting

  • Excellent documentation skills and ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Experience in onsite consulting, requirement gathering, and end-user training

  • Based in or willing to relocate to Mauritius

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of Power BI or Jet Reports is a plus

  • Familiarity with LS Retail or other vertical solutions is an asset

  • Bilingual in English and French/Creole preferred
